Joey Worley
Joey Worley is a highly experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over 25 years. He began his journey as a server assistant at Charleston Place Hotel while studying at the College of Charleston. Over the next 12 years, he worked his way up through various roles, including server, dining room captain, banquet captain, catering sales manager, and event manager. He then took a promotion at sister property Keswick Hall and Golf Club as Director of Sales and Catering. Joey spent the next six years at the Windsor Court Hotel as Director of Catering and Conference Services and Director of Food and Beverage, where he also did task force and consulting work for other Aimbridge Hospitality properties.
In late 2020, he started his own hospitality consulting business before joining Avion Hospitality in 2022. Joey's passion for hospitality stems from the transformative experience it provides, enriching lives, and creating lasting memories. He is a firm believer in constant teaching and learning and applies this dynamic approach to his daily method of operation.
