Nikita Hearn is a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources executive with more than 15 years of experience leading high-impact HR strategies across hospitality, healthcare, and multi-site operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Avion Hospitality, she brings an authentic, people-first approach to building culture and driving results, especially in organizations positioned for growth and transformation.

Nikita’s career began at the front desk of a hotel and evolved through progressive leadership roles in both property and corporate settings. Her operational foundation gives her a unique lens into the employee experience, enabling her to lead with empathy and execution. From managing brand transitions to launching initiatives that bring strategy to life at the local level, Nikita understands how to deliver HR in a way that feels real and relevant to the teams who live it every day. Known for cultivating high-performing teams, Nikita’s leadership style blends structure and heart. She collaborates across functions—Operations, Legal, Finance, and beyond—to ensure HR is never an island, but a strategic partner driving engagement, retention, and business results.

She has led HR teams across diverse environments, from multi-property hotel portfolios to private equity-backed healthcare organizations. In her most recent role as Senior Director of HR at a national oral surgery management company, Nikita supported over 220 locations across 28 states. She drove enterprise-wide programs across talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS, partnering cross-functionally to deliver full-circle solutions aligned with aggressive growth objectives.

Nikita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Hospitality from Florida Atlantic University. Her global upbringing and family roots in hospitality—her grandmother owned a bed and breakfast in Grömitz, Germany—inform her love for service, adaptability, and cultural nuance.
